A Scout Group has existed in Cranfield for over 50 years. In 2001 it merger with Marston Group and the name THRIFTVALE comes from the area between the two villages.

Thriftvale offers scouting activities for children between the ages of 6 and 14. Beavers is on Thursdays at Marston Hut Bedford Rd Marston between 18:30 & 19:30.

Cubs meet at Cranfield Hut Merchant Lane Cranfield on Wednesdays between 18:30 & 20:00.

Scouts meet at Cranfield Hut Merchant Lane Cranfield on Thursdays between 19:30 & 21:30.

Please be aware that there is probably a waiting lsit as these activities are extremly well supported and we do cover several villages.

The group offers all the usual scouting activities as well as camping and cooking.
